Cách làm

  1. Hấp gạo nếp đã ngâm 25 phút.
  2. Trong nồi nhỏ, ninh nước cốt dừa với đường thốt nốt, lá dứa, muối và bạch đậu khấu đến khi đường tan.
  3. Trộn xôi đã hấp với hỗn hợp dừa-đường và dừa nạo. Trộn cho hòa quyện.
  4. Đặt từng phần lên lá chuối đã hơ mềm.
  5. Gói và buộc lại. Hấp thêm 10 phút.
  6. Dùng ấm hoặc ở nhiệt độ phòng.
