Refund policy

The public site has no checkout, recurring subscription, or automatic renewal.

Before publication

If a sponsor has paid an agreed invoice but the placement has not started, cancellation receives a full refund.

After publication

If Taste of Asia Guide removes the placement before the agreed 30-day term ends for reasons other than sponsor breach or unlawful material, the sponsor receives a pro-rata refund for complete unserved days. There are no results-based refunds because impressions, clicks, leads, sales, or rankings are never guaranteed.

How to request a refund

Use the support form with the agreement reference. Refund timing and method follow the written invoice terms. No payment-card data should be sent through the form.
